The Plano Dog Park is a fenced two acre area in Jack Carter Park where dogs can legally roam off leash.  This is the only area in Plano where pets can legally be off leash.  All owners must have proof of a current rabies vaccination and all Plano residents must have a City License.  For more information and for all of the park’s rules, please click on the link below.
